When: September 6th 1976 - Mid Afternoon
Where: Library
Who: Remus Lupin, Open
OOC Notes: None
Remus was having a fairly dull day. What better way to make it better than study in the library? Of course Remus thought that maybe once he could pull a prank all on his own, but he didn't know what to do. So, in defeat Moony had decided to study some. Remus loved reading books and learning, because... well he didn't want Dumbledore's sacrifice in letting him come here because of his condition go in vain.
After scanning each book shelf thoroughly Remus picked out a book he wanted to read. Werewolves and the Dangers They Pose, on second thought after thinking about it, he didn't want to read it. It would probably make his day bad reading about the dangers he posed to everyone here. It's not like he didn't know, especially after almost biting Severus Snape.
There were times when he almost decided to leave Hogwarts and make it a safer place for everyone, but then the thoughts of his three friends, and Lily made him decide not to go. He couldn't desert them. James, Sirius, and Peter were the first to make him a friend, and when they found out about his 'Furry Little Problem', as James and Sirius had named it, they wanted to help and even became unregistered animagus just to be with him when he was the most vulnerable.
Remus decided that one little spell on the book wouldn't hurt right? Sirius and James did it all the time, well not this exactly, but things like that. Remus pulled his wand out after checking to see if no one was there, and cast a spell which would cause ink to splatter over the next reader's face. Remus heard footsteps coming so he shoved the book back into place, and took a nearby book about Moonstones and their properties. He hurried past a person who just turned onto the row and took a seat at a table with a great view of that aisle.
Now Remus wasn't one to prank normally, but he wanted to try it once at least, especially since the ones Sirius and James pulled were usually funny. It should be funny right? Respectable Remus watched to see if anyone would read that dreaded book about the dangers of him, of a werewolf.
