OK. I have no idea how to do one of these, so I've decided to go kind of freestyle with it...
James Potter:
A bit about the guy: Sometimes it seems like there are two distinct people fighting for control inside of James Potter. On one hand, he has a vast Peter Pan complex and refuses to grow up. This side of him shows in his pranks and his ever jovial manners. On the other hand, James has a hidden wisdom that goes beyond his years which was bestowed upon him by his elderly parents during his upbringing. This side of him was the one which fully supported Lupin despite of his 'Furry Little Problem' and is adverse to prejudice. It also allows on occasion for him to serve as a sort of support system for his closer friends. Yes, even though James still believes right now that growing up is optional, he can still offer some very good advices from time to time. I think... LOL.
Friends or Enemies: James is that kind of guy that you generally either love or hate. Few can achieve a middle ground with him. Which is your pick?
Romance trials: Well, we all know his sights are fixed on a certain someone right now, but she hates him at the moment due to his Peter Pan complexed side. Due to that James is open to flirt and go out with other girls for the moment.
Now adding Albus Dumbledore:
A bit about the guy: Dumbledore is the wise and calm headmaster of Hogwarts, always open to listen, guide and talk to his students as well as the teachers. He believes in giving second chances and in the best nature of people's heart. He also has a darker side, like anyone, in which he can be too farsighted and not see that he is actually hurting those around him to achieve his goals, but such inclination has diminished greatly with age.
Friends or Enemies: Dumbledore is respected by all, no matter if they like him or not. All Death Eaters and any kind of follower of Voldemort's will naturally become his enemy, not by his will, as he'd embrace back those who repent from making such a choice, but those who don't will be met with cunning and fierce resistance led by Albus himself. Chances are he'll be friendly to everyone else.
I guess this is when I ask you all to write whichever ideas you have for character interaction beneath? So... there it is. Let me know what's in your minds...

Meleny is a sixth year transfer student and she is also in Gryffindor. She is easy to get along with and very friendly. She's not the type to play pranks on people but she would hate to make an enemy out of anyone from Gryffindor even if Meleny is from a different time period. She's from 1996 and she also has parents that go to Hogwarts in 1976. Her mother Christina is a Hufflepuff in James' year. She is dating a Slytherin seventh year who is a death eater only her mother is unaware of that fact. She has a twin sister in Slytherin and since James likes to play pranks Meleny would be perfectly ok if her sister or any Slytherin were the victim even if she doesn't like pranks. I guess they can be friends or acquaintances. It depends on what you want to do.

Lily & James- Hi! We know about these two, they will eventually get together and produce the boy who lived. But right now she's not so keen on him, as in she probably hates his guts. I'm sorry, but yeah. She may be trying not to be so mean, but for now if he annoys her, she will most probably scream at him.
Regulus & James- Regulus is jealous of James and really does hate him. In Reg's eyes James stole his brother. So he will not be a happy bunny. He will try to attack him if he can, because that's the kind of guy he is. But yeah, no liking from my characters.

James and Meleny: They could be friendly as in they can talk but just aren't BFF. He'd have absolutely no issues to hit prank targets pointed by Meleny if they are Slytherins, especially if they have any Death Eater tendencies or are actually one.
James and Lily: Yep, I know they don't get along at all at the moment and it will take time to change. It's totally OK. It won't change the fact he'll keep trying though. It is of his nature to be insistent. So I see Lily yelling at him a lot, which is OK too since I like an adversarial relationship that isn't completely dark. They can be fun. As they say hate and love are the opposite sides of the same coin.
James and Regulus: I imagined these two wouldn't get along at all as well. This would be a really adversarial relationship. I also see it lasting exactly because of Sirius. So if the situation between the brothers doesn't change for some reason, theirs probably won't as well.
James and Severus: I'm fine with them continuing to be enemies add infinitum as happened in canon, but I'm also open to change that from now on with someone from the future's interference. It can be anyone. After all magic happens for a reason and maybe certain things are meant to be changed. Is Severus already too far gone into the Dark Arts already? I do see James being particularly mean to him due to his fondness for the thing, like this is his sort of childish way to dissuade the guy from it. Maybe that is why the Marauders, especially James, like to hit Slytherins as their primary prank targets. Besides the fun he gets from that, off course, he wants to tell them that is the path of pain and they are choosing the wrong thing. Most Death Eaters were Slytherins if memory serves me well, including Voldemort himself.
Note to Severus: I was reading the "Damn Hills" thread and had a weird idea that might work to add to the weirdness between these two no matter where their relationship goes from here. I was thinking that maybe James could be running around the forest in his animagus form and see Snape lying there after his fall. He'd try to help him and one of two things could happen: he either goes a bit far, changes back to human and then returns or he'd take Severus back inside to the Infirmary on his stag's back, which could be fun. It will depend how badly injured Severus really is at the moment there. If the former happens, maybe it will convince Severus that James really didn't want him to die the other time with Lupin as well. He is Ok to prank and do harmless things that can be changed back for fun, but he would never leave someone to die, kill or walk away allowing a death to happen by such action. If the latter happens, it could bring interesting consequences, because of all people Severus is the last one James would want to know about his unregistered animagus status. If he happens to be injured in their way inside and later Snape recognizes that injury in his human form, something interesting could get out of there...

James and Severus: I'll work on a reply tomorrow. I do have an image in my mind of James gently poking Severus with his snout while in stag form to see if he is still responsive, read alive. This will be a fun thread.

Harry&&Dumbledore Really I think Harry views this younger Dumbledore just like his older one, and wants to ask him so many questions, and he'll probably ask for his advice to. Mentor-Student sort of thing, yeah.
Remus&&Dumbledore Yeah, pretty much the same as Harry here. Ol' Moony respects Dumbledore and sees him as the one who let him have a life, and feels like he owes so much to him. Plus, soon, Dumbledore will recruit him (like in a year or 2 or something) for the OOTP. So Dumbledore must trust him.
Roddy&&Dumbledore Well Roddy is a future Death Eater, so he views Dumbledore as an old stupid man who is just trying to get in their way.
Dromeda&&Dumbledore I don't see these two talking too much, just the normal, hey it's the headmaster, I respect him, yeah, but he's kinda weird sort of attitude.

Fred && James
Well, Fred idolizes the Marauders; he thinks everything they did was brilliant and he wants to know their secrets. He would most likely fit right in with the lot of them, and I can see these two getting on like a car crash. [/blockquote]

Fred & James: Oh. Sure thing. These two would get along very well as they are kin as fun loving boys. Though keep in mind James is still a little suspicious of the transfers and Fred would have to cross that barrier first. He is solving some of his issues with Harry at the moment though and if he vouches for Fred plus Fred himself proving to be a good yet mischievous person much like James himself, they will certainly become great friends fast after that.

Harry & Albus: Same from me as well. He'll do his best to be there for the transfers and help them settle as well as possible in this time frame. I also see him trying to understand what happened to them, as time displacing so many people is a wicked piece of magic. LOL. Also understanding what happened is key to sending them back or that would be Dumbledore's first theory anyway.
Remus & Albus: He knows how Remus feels and has been watching over him ever since he came to the school in order to keep his condition in check so he won't be a danger to the other students and also in secret so he wouldn't be discriminated upon. Dumbledore believes in giving a chance to everyone and that is what he did to Remus in his point of view. He has been proving him right with his actions and that is why he'll ask him to be a part of the order later on. That and because their beliefs on Voldemort are the same. That he must be fought against for the sake of the future.
Rodolphus & Albus: Albus would see him as someone in need of help or a wake up call and would try to offer it. Sure, Lestrange would deny it. LOL. Again Dumbledore is someone who believes in second chances and even though he is not a fool, he'd try to make Rodolphus see the error of his ways.
Andromeda & Albus: Agreed. Unless something major happens their contact would be small, though he'd be willing to offer her emotional support while she is at school due to her pregnancy if she asks for it.
