Hello, Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore.
» Is there anything you would rather be called?
Yes, please. Call me Dumbledore or Professor or a combination of both. If we're really close, then it's Albus.
» Great, now that we've got that covered. How old are you and what year are you in?
I'm 95 years old and am currently headmaster of Hogwarts.
» I see, and you're in what house?
I used to be a Gryffindor back in my old days as a student here.
» Great! Now what era are you from?
I'm from Marauder era.
» You know, has anyone ever told you that you look exactly like...?
Yes. The younglings say I perfectly resemble Michael Gambon.
» Thanks! Slipped my mind. Now, do you know the super secret code word?
I've casted a super secret spell to make it disappear. The kids were complaining a lot about it...

Let's talk about your personality.
» What are a few of your favorite things?
What I love the most in this life is seeing the kids under my tutelage grow each year stronger and wiser each generation. I also do enjoy to practice and evolve my own magical skills. The next best thing is a well kept friendship and someone trustworthy to talk to when the times seem dire. I can't forget about my good friend Fawkes, the phoenix.
»That's interesting. Is there anything you absolutely dislike?
I dislike all kinds of prejudice as they are all senseless most of the time. The best way to understand someone is to see them for who they are and give them chances to prove themselves, not come into a relationship with preconceived ideas. I also dislike relentless search for power as I know to which kinds of dark places such can lead someone. Selfishness will also be frowned upon by me, though I'll try to guide such person to a better understanding of the need of others in anyone's life.
» Hm, what is your greatest fear?
Certainly my greatest fear is that the curse that killed my sister actually came from my wand.
» Yeah, that is scary. Do you have any dreams for the future?
My dream is to continue in the path that I'm trailing now until my last days, guiding the young witches and wizards into the good path and keeping Dark Lords that arise at bay, formerly Grindelwald, now Tom Riddle, also known as Lord Voldemort.
» Wow, I hope you succeed. Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
I've been told that I seem to constantly give off an aura of serenity and composure. I prefer to rarely display intense emotions of anger or fear, speak in a calm and collected voice, being reasonable and kind but firm.
I can be very eccentric and even slightly effeminate; that is due to my fondness of knitting patterns and frequently wearing flamboyant clothing, such as a flowered bonnet. I'm also known for my so called odd displays of whimsicality; I often use humor to make people feel comfortable in my presence as it makes it easier to build bonds and that is a very important part of my job.
Just between us... I'm a supremely talented wizard and have already showed numerous examples of my extraordinary abilities. My capabilities as a wizard are often combined with a kind of cunning and subtlety of mind that allows me to comprehend human nature and turn the better aspects of humanity, such as trust, love and friendship, to Voldemort's disadvantage in particular. Yet, despite my many talents and accomplishments so far, I'm not arrogant, self-important or pompous. I'm however very aware of my supreme talent and intelligence, and do not hold back when reminding people of this fact.
More than anything else, I'm motivated by my belief in the power of the human spirit. I also have a deep capacity for love, frequently reminding my students that love is the greatest magic of all. I believe in the good in everyone and insist on giving second chances where it is possible.
I'm highly perceptive and emotionally intelligent. I have little fear of death and believe it is just the 'next great adventure'. I'm very brave and resilient against some of the things I do fear. I'm also a somewhat Machiavellian figure. I can be stoically pragmatic and prone to lies and secrecy, despite some of the people around me having proven themselves to be deserving of my trust. I spent a good portion of my youth concocting plans with Gellert Grindelwald for global domination over Muggles, in the process treating my ill sister with neglect. Don't understand me wrongly. I'm not a deliberately cruel man, but at times I'm too far-sighted, making choices that I believe to be for the benefit of humanity even if it deeply hurts some of the people around me. Fortunately, my tendency towards this type of behavior decreased with age.
My perhaps greatest personality flaw was my desire for power. I, though, eventually found out that those best suited for power are those who do not seek it. When Gellert Grindelwald and I were in school, we made plans to enslave Muggles and re-establish wizards as the natural rulers of the world. However, I fell from this fantasy after my sister Ariana Dumbledore was killed during a duel between myself, Aberforth Dumbledore and Grindelwald. This led to me declining any attempts by others to offer me any more power beyond that which I hold as the Hogwarts' headmaster.
I'm haunted by my sad family history. In particular, I'm riddled with guilt over the circumstances surrounding the death of my sister. I feel enormous remorse for my selfishness and will be tortured for the rest of my life by the possibility that I might have been the one who casted the spell that killed her.

So far so good. Now for history.
» So tell me, where are you from? What did you think of it?
I'm from Mould-on-the-Wold, a mainly wizarding village. It was a nice place to live until tragedy struck my family. My younger sister became ill after an attack on her person and my father was sentenced to Azkaban for life after seeking the three boys who had placed her in such state, making justice with his own hands by attacking them back. Then we had to flee to Godric's Hollow and live a life of secrecy for some time. That does not bring good memories at all.
» Do you have any other family? Parents? Siblings? Extended? What do you think about them?
Percival and Kendra Dumbledore were my parents. I've had some hard feelings against them when I was younger due to them leaving me with the responsibility to care for my siblings when I wanted to go search for greater things. My siblings Aberforth and Ariana Dumbledore... I have seen them once as a hindrance to my plans. The truth is that I did, do and will always deeply love them all and hopefully we'll all be reunited someday in the afterlife. I also have an aunt called Honoria, but my relationship with her is not very close.
» What is your worst memory/memories?
Certainly my worst memory is that dreaded duel between myself, my brother Aberforth and Gellert Grindelwald during which a stray spell killed my sister Ariana.
» What is your best memory/memories?
My best memories come from the many boys and girls whose talent I saw and helped flourish during my time as headmaster of Hogwarts.
» Where are you now? What are you doing with your life?
I'm currently working at Hogwarts as its headmaster since 1956. It is my responsibility to guide and nurture the next generations of wizards and witches, not to mention take care of the more practical aspects of keeping Hogwarts open like hiring personnel.
